Suncast RSH125 Hose Reel Automatic Rewind Handle, 3D Printed ASA, FAST

Do you have an older Suncast RSH125 Auto Rewind Hose Reel? Did your handle for the valve body that diverts the water to rewind the reel break? Were you disappointed to find that Suncast no longer sells the replacement part? Ya, I was there too. 

BUT I was relieved when I found that others had experienced the same thing and had made a 3D printed version!

So, I printed some up, verified that they worked, fixed mine, and now I am selling the rest that I made!

These are made of ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) filament. It is a durable, engineering-grade thermoplastic for 3D printing, known as a superior alternative to ABS, especially for outdoor use, due to its excellent UV and weather resistance, high impact strength, good heat resistance. The perfect fit for what we need!

The print quality is not perfect, but they are tested and fully functioning! When replacing the handle, I recommend removing the valve body completely from the housing and giving it a good clean and lubricate with with a silicone based lubricant. This is generally what causes these handles to break. 

EDIT: Had a minor hiccup on the last print. Random handles will have a small sliver of green on the back side of the handle closest to the cabinet. See pictures for example. Will hardly be visible when installed.
